Nautical Data International, Inc. (“NDI”) is committed to keeping
your personal information confidential and secure. We’ve provided this
document to explain to you how NDI protects the privacy of individual
customers’ personal information.

periodically as this Privacy Policy may change from time to time.

Collection of Personal Information
NDI collects personal information about customers for the purposes of
delivering products and services. There are many ways NDI collects
personal information. We collect it via our website, facsimile, email,
mail, and via telephone.
Information we collect about you
NDI collects certain pieces of personal information about you in order
to fulfill your requests and support the customer relationship. The
following list is an example of what we would collect from you:

- Company Name (non-personal) if required
- Title (non-personal) if required
- Address (either home or business)

- Credit Card details (if required)

For each Visitor:
Your domain name is automatically captured. NDI uses this information
for Internal statistical purposes only.
For Anonymous FTP Users:
Domain name, IP address and email addresses are captured. This is used
for internal statistical purposes and monitored to ensure no abuse of
the system.
For FTP Users:
Both domain name and IP addresses are captured. This is logged and used
solely to ensure the products that have been purchased by you have been
properly downloaded and monitored to ensure no abuse of the system has
taken place.
Use of Personal Information
NDI will use your personal information that we collect to provide you
with products, services, updates, upgrades, notices, news releases, or
other products and services that may better meet your needs and
interest.
Disclosure of Personal Information
NDI does not sell or rent personal information to third parties. We will
disclose certain pieces of personal information as necessary to our
third party distributors, suppliers, etc., in order to complete a
transaction you have requested, or as part of the terms and conditions
for a particular service. When the third party acts solely on our
behalf, NDI will ensure that your personal information is protected by a
privacy protection clause in contracts to guarantee that the third party
provides the same level of protection as our organization does.

NDI’s website may contain links to other websites and services. While
we try to link only to sites and services that share our high standards
and respect for privacy, please understand that we are not responsible
for the content of, or the privacy practices employed by, other
companies or websites. This Privacy Policy applies only to the NDI
Services referencing this Privacy Policy.

protect Personal Information that you have provided. We instruct our
employees with access to your Personal Information that it is to be used
only in adherence with the principles set forth in this Privacy Policy.

NDI may from time to time change its Privacy Policy, as new NDI Services
are added or existing ones change. Please check this Privacy Policy
regularly for updates by checking the date of "Last Update" at
the top of this document.
Access, Reviewing or Changing your Personal Information
NDI recognizes your right to access, review or change your Personal
Information that we may have collected about you. To access what
Personal Information we have about you, who we have disclosed your
personal information to, or to request an update to your personal

address, telephone number, fax number, email address, or any other
pertinent information so we can fully search our records. NDI will
respond in writing to your written inquiry, within 30 days after the
receipt of your request.
Upon receiving written confirmation from NDI and after reviewing the
personal information that we may have stored, you can submit, in
writing, your request for any changes. Please be sure to refer to the
reference number assigned to your Original Request as stated on our
written confirmation letter.
