Nautical Data International, Inc. ("NDI") is a
Canadian knowledge-based company specialized in the production, management and distribution of
electronic charts and other digital marine information. As a leading marine information
company, NDI serves the growing global demand for reliable, current and accurate electronic

Since our incorporation in 1993, NDI has worked in partnership with the Canadian Hydrographic Service (CHS) to develop Canada’s official Electronic Chart coverage,
the information technology infrastructure and distribution network for
delivery of the resulting digital marine products and related services. Throughout our long history as the
sole distributor of all Canadian Electronic Charts and digital nautical publications officially released by CHS, we have delivered our products
online and through an international network of dealers and Value-Added Resellers.
NDI is also an authorized distributor of the following worldwide Electronic Chart portfolios:

Raster and S-57 format
- Primar-Stavanger Official ENC Service in IHO S-57 Format
- UKHO Admiralty Chart RNC Products in ARCS Format

and new product development, we are in a position to offer world-class
implementation services to other organizations wishing to develop Electronic Charting
